Welcome to the Social Services Information System (SSIS) Partnership Project!

The SSIS Section at DHS is excited to announce the kickoff of a NEW and IMPROVED SSIS Partnership committee.

SSIS Partnership provides Tribes, local agencies, MNIT, and DHS staff with opportunities to build and maintain relationships while planning the future of SSIS, addressing emerging problems and urgent system needs, providing a more positive user experience, and developing new communication channels. Committee members will contribute to decisions related to the modernization and improvement of SSIS and its business operations.

Timelines

This page will provide opportunities to share SSIS Partnership information, visions and feedback on a continuous basis. Surveys and quick polls will be posted below and can be completed at your convenience.

Registration and screen names

Registration is required to provide input on this page. The registration form will request your email address and a screen name. Email addresses will not be visible when sharing feedback, but screen names will. Consider a screen name such as "HHS director in southern Minnesota." if you do not wish to be identified.

    The SSIS Partnership Founding Executive Committee will jointly write and approve a charter that outlines the membership, roles, authority, commitment, meeting structure, and cadence of Partnership. This committee will assist in shaping Partnership as an effective and influential vehicle for SSIS end users to have a stronger voice in its modernization. The Founding Executive Committee will expand in membership to create an ongoing Executive Committee that will establish subcommittees and review the charter annually.
